Blue Bunny ice cream maker moves some corporate functions to Chicago


Wells Enterprises, which bills itself as the largest family-owned ice cream manufacturer in the United States, now has a corporate presence in Chicago.

Last month, the LeMars, Iowa-based company, whose most famous and widely-distributed brand is Blue Bunny ice cream, moved its marketing, sales and finance functions from Minneapolis to Chicago.
