Brentwood company seeks rezoning for waterfront mixed-use project with 1,600 apartments


A Brentwood firm is seeking rezoning for what would be one of the city’s densest mixed-use developments on a swath of riverfront land.

Nashville Capital Group is priming a site to create around 1,636 apartment units, 409 hotel rooms and nearly 82,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space at 309 Driftwood St., according to Metro filings.
