Atlanta-based Wood Partners announced it broke ground on a new 338-unit apartment project close to the new Texas Medical Center campus, known as TMC3. Alta Med Main will have one- and two-bedroom units and should open by spring 2020, an announcement stated.
The apartment building at 9330 Main will feature a clubroom, sky lounge, business center with micro offices and common work areas as well as a pool, courtyard, dog park and pet-washing stations.
