Brentwood health care company goes public


Middle Tennessee has a new publicly traded health care company.

Brentwood-based IMAC Holdings Inc. is offering 850,000 shares at $5 per share on the The Nasdaq Capital Market in an effort to raise $4.25 million, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing. IMAC, which operates IMAC Regeneration Centers, is being traded under the ticker symbol “IMAC” beginning today, CEO Jeff Ervin said.
