Brookwood Capital Advisors pays $27.5M for Minnesota mall


A Nashville-based redevelopment company has expanded its footprint into the Minneapolis area, with the purchase of Maplewood Mall.

Brookwood Capital Advisors paid $27.5 million for the shopping center at 3001 White Bear Ave. in Maplewood, Minnesota, in a deal that closed Monday, according to an electronic certificate of real estate value.
