A key to regulating health and monitoring for disease comes from analyzing loads of medical data that can be collected from our bodies. Duke University researchers are working to keep us from flushing that all away.

According to Duke, medical researchers have long known that our daily excreta – feces and urine – can play a pivotal part in monitoring our health. The problem so far has been the lack of adequate methods for collecting it for precision monitoring.
