Cantina 1511 owner looks to sell Charlotte-area restaurants as part of bankruptcy proceedings

Quantum Development Charlotte — parent to Cantina 1511 — is pursuing the sale of its restaurants as it navigates Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. There are currently two Cantina 1511 restaurants in Charlotte and one in Mooresville.
