Carroll moving forward on $200M Wilmington project


Almost 20 months after telling Triad Business Journal there was “no backing up” on his $200 million Wilmington project, developer Roy Carroll is poised to finally move forward.

The Greensboro-based developer’s company, The Carroll Cos., on Wednesday filed site plans with the city of Wilmington for the 44-acre project on Military Cutoff Road, according to the Greater Wilmington Business Journal.
