Carvana proposes $35M facility, 300-plus jobs in North Carolina


It appears that online used-car retailer Carvana has plans to open a vehicle reconditioning and distribution center in the Charlotte, North Carolina, region at the former Philip Morris plant site, a move expected to come with hundreds of new jobs, upon incentives approval.
