A huge chunk of prime Tempe office space will come available in 2024 now that Carvana will not renew its Liberty Center office lease while awaiting the completion of its new office buildings on the southeast corner of Rio Salado Parkway and Priest Drive. Those two buildings will be 300,000 square feet apiece.
