A pair of Mexican chain restaurant locations in the Orlando area were shuttered Thursday.

California Tortilla, a Potomac, Md.-based chain, closed its 2,300-square-foot space at 54 W. Church St. in downtown Orlando and at 740 Centerview Blvd. in Kissimmee. The downtown location had a letter dated Dec. 11 stating the restaurant had breached its lease because it closed without proper authorization from the landlord and had 10 days to re-open.
