Campbell Soup names new CEO, Third Point supports decision
Campbell Soup Co. has named Mark Clouse, the former CEO of Pinnacle Foods, as its new chief executive.
Activist investor Dan Loeb, whose hedge fund recently concluded a contentious proxy battle against the Campbell Soup board, assisted with the CEO search and “fully supports” Clouse, Campbell said.

Howell Construction completes 8 Shea Properties’ retail projects
Howell Construction and Humphries Poli Architects recently completed eight new core-and-shell retail buildings for Shea Properties. Located at 1493 Park Central Drive in Highlands Ranch, this project consisted of the full development of an 11-acre site, including a 570-stall parking lot, extensive landscaping, and landscape block retaining walls.

Contractors are uncovering more original layers of the historic Warner Grand Theatre as they restore the building for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.

Bakersfield, Eagle founders plan new OTR concept
Thunderdome Restaurant Group, which owns Bakersfield and the Eagle, is planning a new restaurant on Vine Street in Over-the-Rhine.
The yet-to-be-named Italian eatery will feature fresh pasta served in traditional and more creative styles, the Enquirer reports.
The restaurant will be located on two floors at 1434 Vine St. and have seating for about 100 diners.
Thunderdome partner Joe Lanni said construction on the space will begin in mid-January and an opening is expected in the spring.
