Kraft shareholder threatens proxy contest over interest in Campbell Soup international business
There may be one less bidder for Campbell Soup Co.'s international division.

Loch Bar, a restaurant by Maryland-based hospitality company Atlas Restaurant Group, has opened at Boca Raton's Mizner Park.
The eatery, at 346 Plaza Real, broke ground June 8 and opened Nov. 20. The 5,500-square-foot eatery seats 200 people and features a full bar, outdoor bar and a patio dining area. Open daily, its offerings include seafood, steaks, local crafts beers and handcrafted cocktails.
