Howell Construction and Humphries Poli Architects recently completed eight new core-and-shell retail buildings for Shea Properties. Located at 1493 Park Central Drive in Highlands Ranch, this project consisted of the full development of an 11-acre site, including a 570-stall parking lot, extensive landscaping, and landscape block retaining walls.
