Missouri is wine country, and some of the state's most renowned wineries are only an hour's drive from St. Louis. We decided to rank the largest wineries in the area by how many barrels they produced in 2017.
In total, the 17 wineries on the list produced 98,762 cases of wine in 2017. They sold about 87,465 cases.

McDonald’s employees in Milwaukee to partake in strike protesting harassment
Milwaukee is among the 10 cities where McDonald's employees are calling for a one-day strike next week demanding that management take action against workplace sexual harassment, The Associated Press reports.
Organizers said the strike, scheduled to start at lunch time on Sept. 18, would be the first multistate strike in the U.S. specifically targeting sexual harassment, per the AP.

Redwood City’s Impossible Burger rolls out in White Castles nationwide
White Castle is rolling out a meatless slider nationwide in conjunction with Redwood-based Impossible Foods, a company that manufacturers faux meat made from plants.
The fast food restaurant piloted the Impossible Slider in April at 140 locations in New York, New Jersey and Chicago and now plans to make the burger available at all 377 of its restaurants. The Atlanta-based chicken chain has expanded its partnership with Kallpod, a four-year-old service that lets customers order more food after they have paid for their initial order and have sat down at their table, Nation’s Restaurant News reports.
