The $280.5 million buy that represents Boyd Gaming Corp. entry into Pennsylvania is now complete.

The Las Vegas-based casino owner and operator announced Monday its acquisition of Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia has been completed.

It's called Cantero Brewing Co., and it opened Saturday. The 6,000-square-foot-facility is located at 3351 Columbia Drive NE in the city's “brewery district” between Comanche and Candelaria east of Interstate 25. The Coca-Cola Co. (NYSE: KO) is weighing a jump into the world of cannabis drinks, but says it's not interesting in getting its customers high.

The Atlanta-based beverage giant is in talks with Canadian marijuana producer Aurora Cannabis Inc. to develop CBD-infused drinks, according to a report from BNN Bloomberg Television.
