The $280.5 million buy that represents Boyd Gaming Corp. entry into Pennsylvania is now complete.

The Las Vegas-based casino owner and operator announced Monday its acquisition of Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia has been completed.

It's called Cantero Brewing Co., and it opened Saturday. The Atlanta-based beverage giant is in talks with Canadian marijuana producer Aurora Cannabis Inc. to develop CBD-infused drinks, according to a report from BNN Bloomberg Television.
