Greensboro-based HF Group Holding Corporation, a distributor of Chinese/Asian food, is going public.

Publicly traded company Atlantic Acquisition Corp, now known as HF Foods Group, completed the merger with HF Group Holding at the closing of business Wednesday.

HF Group Holding has three subsidiaries: Greensboro-based Han Feng; Florida-based New Southern Food Distributors Inc.; and Atlanta-based Kirnland Food Distribution Inc.
