A fast-growing Texas chain of indoor adventure centers plans to open a location across the street from Arden Fair mall.

In addition to trampoline arenas, climbing walls and ropes courses, the Urban Air Adventure Park in Sacramento will include an indoor sky coaster, go-karts and virtual skydiving, according to the company’s website, which says it will open this winter.

The restaurant closed in April after six years in business on account of financial woes and a changing restaurant scene, according to a statement posted to the fine-dining establishment’s website. Now, Aaron Gersonde of StandEatDrink Hospitality Group has submitted an application to the city of Milwaukee for a tavern license at the 1100 S. First St. site.

Activist investor Daniel S. Loeb and his hedge fund Third Point are pushing for a sale of Camden, N.J.-based Campbell Soup Co., according to new court filings.

Loeb was rumored to be in talks with family members about supporting a plan to explore the possible sale of Campbell Soup Co., but there was no official word Loeb and Third Point had any stake in Campbell.

Houston-based Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is plotting a expansion to San Antonio as well as establishing another store in the greater Houston area.

The restaurant announced its plans to bring three locations to San Antonio and one to the Baybrook Mall area in Friendswood, according to a press release. Two previously announced new stores are opening this fall in Houston's Highland Village at 2701 Drexel Drive and in The Woodlands at 9595 Six Pines Drive, suite 450.
