The Milwaukee Bucks said Tuesday that Casamigos Tequila — the tequila brand co-founded by actor George Clooney — has become the official ultra-premium tequila partners of the Bucks and the Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center.

Casamigos will serve specialty cocktails made with its ultra-premium tequila at all events held at the new Bucks arena and will have branded drink carts in the arena that will serve custom cocktails alongside handmade guacamole and house-baked tortilla chips.

Owner Jeff Thompson told the News & Record that the name comes from snowboarding and surfing, and refers to riding with one’s right foot forward, which is called “goofy-footed.”

The city of Brookhaven, Ga., has approved issuing $15 million in bonds for the construction of a linear park.

The newly created Brookhaven Public Facilities Authority and the City Council approved the resolution to issue up to $15 million in bonds to build the Peachtree Creek Greenway, according to Reporter Newspapers.
