Red River Kitchen — a food truck operation led by the team behind Republic and Bar Brigade — is opening its first brick-and-mortar operation in Edina.

Red River Kitchen is taking over the former Tin Fish space at Braemar Golf Course, located at 6364 John Harris Drive. The Edina City Council approved the partnership Tuesday night. Red River Kitchen will start operations at the city-owned course this summer, owner Matty O'Reilly said.

Southeastern Grocers received bankruptcy court approval Monday to proceed with its debt restructuring plans.

The Jacksonville-based grocer, which announced its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing on March 15, operates Winn-Dixie, Harveys, Bi-lo and Fresco y Mas banners throughout the southeast, including Central Florida.

Peter's Pub in Oakland will be making its last toast.

The business, owned by the Leventis family, is closing at the end of the month after 44 years in business on Oakland Avenue, according to the Post-Gazette.

“Friendships were made and memories created. In this most important way we have accomplished what we set out to do 44 years ago,” said a Facebook post by the bar's ownership on Wednesday.

Last day in operation for Peter's Pub will be May 25, featuring half-price food and drinks.

WKND, a Midtown Nashville bar and lounge, is growing its reach.

The CEO of CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries Group Inc., the parent of the Old Chicago restaurant chain, has resigned and an interim CEO has been named.

The Broomfield company said Srinivas Kumar, who became CEO of the company in 2014, resigned and Fred Beilstein III is the interim CEO.
