Brothers Evan and Clayton Ashby want to expand the brand, which has a location in downtown and the Crossroads Arts District.

After operating in two different spots in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood over the past decade, the owner of the Chestnut restaurant is set to open in a new 3,500-square-foot space not far from its original location. The restaurant owner figures that in terms of her eatery's long-term success, the third time's the charm.

The $39 million, 1.25-mile trail, which has been in the works for five years, snakes its way above habitats for moose, bison, and camels and other animals. It'll be open year-round.
