Two out-of-town developers are joining forces to bring more than 400 apartments to the Edgehill neighborhood. Raleigh-based SLI Capital and Atlanta-based Regent Partners are planning two apartment buildings, collectively offering 420 units, which will be part of a sprawling mixed-use development around the reservoir on Eighth Avenue South.
