Deloitte to double East Valley footprint, hire hundreds
Deloitte is doubling its footprint in Gilbert and preparing to hire 900 more people.
The global business consulting group announced last year that it was leasing 100,000 square feet at the Commons at Rivulon and planned to hire 2,500 people to create a tech center, which is responsible for developing specialized software for Deloitte customers.

Jacksonville apartment sells for $32.5 million
Atlanta-based JMG Realty through an affiliate has closed on the $32.5 million purchase of Florida Club at Deerwood, a Gate Parkway apartment complex built in 2008.
The property is located at 4813 Florida Club Circle and was last purchased in 2015 for $24.7 million.
