Home sales got one last boost before the summer buying season ends, as July sales outpaced year-over-year figures, as well as sales figures from June.

July ended with 3,397 homes sold, according to the latest Multiple Listing Service Report from the San Antonio Board of Realtors. The mark is up from the 3,306 homes sold in June and from the 3,214 homes sold in July 2018. Last month's sale figure was a 6% increase from July 2018.
