People Inc. plans new home in Springville
People Inc. has purchased a vacant property in Springville to build a new group home for six individuals with developmental disabilities.
The Buffalo nonprofit paid $95,300 for two parcels on Mill Street in the southern Erie County village, where it plans to build a 4,000-square-foot home. Cost is estimated at $650,000.
