Known as Sierra Sunset, the Zephyr Cove property is being listed for $46.99 million. There’s also a separate adjacent parcel with an equestrian facility for $6.99 million.
That’s a few million dollars down from the 2016 listing, which was $59 million for both the estate, including a 16,700-square-foot home, and the equestrian facility.
