Homes in Germantown and Collierville took all five spots in this week's home sales roundup.
But, it wasn't the strongest week for Shelby County's top-end home sales market, with each of the top five homes selling for between $650,000 and $750,000.

Another big year of million-dollar home sales expected
Last year was a record year when it came to million-dollar homes selling in the Pittsburgh region, and it looks like 2019 is shaping up to be another banner year.

Having landed three massive leases since December, Panattoni Development Co. plans to roll out at least two more speculative buildings in Marshall County this year.
