Nashville serial entrepreneur Mark Montgomery has announced plans to sell the Ink Building to an Austin real estate firm.

The Tennessean reports the building is under contract to to sold to Prime. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The deal is expected to close in January.

The Charlotte City Council approved Monday night tens of millions in incentives for Honeywell's headquarters move to Charlotte.
