Nexus Brewery and Restaurant will expand to its third location in early 2019.

Nexus owner Ken Carson confirmed in a phone interview Friday that he plans to open a new location, which will be called Nexus Blue Smokehouse & Taproom, 1511 Broadway Blvd. SE. Carson said he expects his new location to be in operation in February.

Lyanne Wilkie is selling her 4,293-square-foot condo in the Four Seasons Private Residences in Seattle for $11.5 million after lowering the price this week by $1 million.
