As Von Maur opened its second Minnesota location on Saturday at Rosedale Center, company President Jim von Maur was talking about his hopes for more Von Maur stores in the Twin Cities.

Accardi brothers buy another prime property in downtown Tampa
The Accardi brothers have added another property in downtown Tampa to their real estate portfolio.
Twins John and Jason Accardi, who own and operate Seven One Seven Parking Services Inc., have acquired the Le Meridien parking garage at 603 E. Cass St. for $2 million, according to Hillsborough County property records.
The seller, Tampa Hotel Holding LLC, paid $950,000 for the property in 2013. The site is .38 acres, and the building itself is 15,982 square feet.

TE Miller and Solhem sell North Loop apartment portfolio
Three North Loop apartment buildings that were constructed in the past six years have sold to an undisclosed buyer.
Eden Prairie-based TE Miller LLC and Minneapolis Solhem Cos. sold the portfolio on Oct. 9, according to a press release by CBRE’s Minneapolis office, which represented the two developers in the sale.
The three buildings total 308 units. A sale price wasn’t immediately available on the state’s electronic real estate filing system.
