A condo in the new Muse tower in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $10.26 million.

PMG – S2 Sunny Isles, a joint venture between Property Markets Group and S2 Development, sold Unit 3501 to Chris Ferguson. The condo is so new that the size of the unit is not yet available on the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser website.

Representatives of the developer didn’t comment on the deal.

The developers of the 53-story Riverwalk Place in downtown Tampa have released new renderings on the cusp of a sales push that will begin in October.
