Supermarket proposed to replace Albany bowling alley
The owners of the Asian Supermarket on Central Avenue in Albany are planning to move their business down the road.
Atlantic Blue Corp. of Brooklyn submitted a proposal to the town of Colonie to renovate the former Sunset Lanes bowling alley and bar at 1160 Central Ave. into a 35,350-square-foot supermarket.
The grocery store is currently located at 1245 Central Ave., next to Bryant & Stratton College.
