One thing you’re probably not spending much time thinking about: Bitcoin.
But perhaps cryptocurrency and blockchain technology will soon be a major consideration for property purchasers and sellers.

Alert for Kilauea volcano lowered amid diminished lava activity from eruption
The Hawaiian Volcano Observatory lowered its alert level for Kilauea volcano on the Big Island Friday, noting that hazards from the lava flows and the earthquakes caused by the crater collapses at the summit have diminished.
