Smokin’ Joe, USA Niagara $25 million property deal in the works
USA Niagara Development Corp. is poised to possibly acquire 32 properties in Niagara Falls from Tuscarora business leader Joseph “Smokin’ Joe” Anderson.
If approved by USA Niagara Development directors the state agency will pay a negotiated $25.755 million to Anderson. In all, USA Niagara is allocating $27.005 million when due diligence and insurance and other costs are factored into the potential transaction.
