A 244-acre Aspen ranch, once listed for nearly $60 million, sold at auction yesterday for $12.75 million.

The Circle R Ranch, located in central Colorado's Woody Creek valley, includes six homes with a combined 22 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms.

The Aspen Times reported that two bidders competed during the auction, conducted by Concierge Auctions, where bidding started at $10 million.

Retail tenants may be in limbo if this site is taken over.

Sparkspace, an Arena District gathering space popular for corporate and business meetings, is expanding.

The company is adding an 1,800-square-foot suite on the second floor of the Marconi Square building at 300 Marconi Blvd. The new meeting space would be its largest.

Zillow Group Inc. has a deal to acquire Mortgage Lenders of America LLC.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mortgage Lenders of America was founded in 2000 and reported $54.07 million in revenue in 2017. The home loan provider will remain headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas.

Seattle-based Zillow is one of the largest real estate brands, reporting $1.07 billion in revenue in 2017.
