Hale Koa Hotel begins pool renovation as part of $100M upgrade
The Armed Forces Recreation Center resort at the Hale Koa Hotel has started renovations of its Ilima swimming pool complex as part of the hotel’s two-year, $100 million upgrade.
Florida-based construction firm Stellar will be doing the work, which is expected to be completed by next July.
Renovations to the 2.5-acre pool area includes a new, 400-person main pool with two slides; a 20-person hot tub; a children’s wading pool; a raised deck for live music; and new sunshades, restrooms and landscaping.…
