The opulent estate of legendary actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, once owned by Elvis, has gone on the market for $23.45 million and plans for a new addition.

Yep. Look inside the walls of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Greensboro's latest house, and you'll see denim.
Wrangler gave Habitat more than 1,000 square feet of recycled denim fabric – transformed into insulation – to the project on Asher Downs Drive. The leftover denim scraps came from Wrangler's manufacturing centers.

Institutional Property Advisors sold a multifamily property in Phoenix for $41 million.
Adobe Ridge, a 224-unit complex built in 2005 at 4545 W. Beardsley Road in Phoenix, was sold for $183,036 per unit, according to information released by Calabasas, California-based IPA.

The contentious Hays Street Bridge apartment project called “The Bridge” received final approval with conditions from San Antonio City Manager Sheryl Sculley on Tuesday.
