Sacramento land development company AKT Investments Inc. will stay in the family in naming a new CEO.
Chrysanthy Tsakopoulos Demos, daughter of founder Angelo K. Tsakopoulos, will take over as AKT’s president and CEO as of June 1, the company announced.

Craftwork Coffee Co., a Fort Worth-based workspace and coffee shop concept, has acquired Houston coworking business WorkFlourish.
The combined company will operate under the Craftwork name and expand into multifamily residential developments. WeFlourish already has a 10,000-square-foot coworking concept inside Ascension on the Bayou, a Houston apartment complex.
