Former Tampa General CEO sells off Davis Islands home
Former Tampa General Hospital CEO Jim Burkhart and his wife, Tina, have sold off their Davis Islands home.
The Burkharts sold the home at 482 Lucerne Ave. for $2.9 million in late April, according to a Hillsborough County deed filed in May. The buyers are Robert and Lissha Harris.

PhoenixMart says project not under federal investigation
PhoenixMart, the massive business-to-business marketplace being built near Casa Grande, is out from under a federal investigation that started more than two years ago.
The company released a statement on Friday saying they were notified by the U.S. Department of Justice that the project was not under investigation.
