Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Services has filed plans to build an 11,730-square-foot funeral home at 6100 Perimeter Dr. in Dublin.

San Mateo County took San Francisco’s distinction as most expensive Bay Area housing market last month, according to a report from residential real estate firm Pacific Union.

Simon Property Group wants to expand the Regal Cinemas theater at the Falls open-air shopping mall in southern Miami-Dade County.

The mall giant (NYSE: SPG) filed a pre-application with county officials on April 25 to expand the theater from 39,786 square feet with 12 screens to 58,020 square feet with 16 screens.
