Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Services has filed plans to build an 11,730-square-foot funeral home at 6100 Perimeter Dr. in Dublin.

Simon seeks to expand movie theater at the Falls
Simon Property Group wants to expand the Regal Cinemas theater at the Falls open-air shopping mall in southern Miami-Dade County.
The mall giant (NYSE: SPG) filed a pre-application with county officials on April 25 to expand the theater from 39,786 square feet with 12 screens to 58,020 square feet with 16 screens.
