Lawsuit aims to stop pro soccer team from moving to Austin
Ohio and the city of Columbus have teamed up to sue Columbus Crew SC, Major League Soccer and Precourt Sports Ventures, demanding they comply with an Ohio law regulating the relocation of professional sports franchises.
The suit was filed Monday in Franklin County Common Pleas Court in Ohio.
