The nearly 13,000 square foot, three-level home includes a pool, wet bar, owner's suite and media and billiards rooms.

It's rare for a housing project to fail around here, but this one aimed at providing very affordable housing downtown did. This article looks at the Capitol Quarters apartments, and what the lender will do to the place in an attempt to make it viable.

Boasting the largest residential square footage in Carefree, this property just listed for $6.5 million. Take a look inside.

One River North, a 16-story apartment tower nearing completion in the River North neighborhood, has drawn attention for its facade’s distinctive “canyon” for the past several weeks.

Now the highly anticipated building is filling that multi-story canyon with trees, bushes and plants, essentially inviting the great outdoors into the building in a way no other structure ever has in Denver.

Commerce City Mayor Benjamin Huseman gave that summary when he went on a rant during a City Council meeting earlier this year, as frustration boiled over with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment over failed promises to develop the land into a town center filled with retail stores, restaurants, offices and a hotel.

On that Monday night in May, Kroenke Sports representatives appeared before Commerce City’s council to support a three-way land swap that asked the city to give 88.2 acres to the sports,..

As the saying goes, “Children are our future.” So, too, are the schools in which they learn. With the increasing impact of climate change on our environment, there is a robust and growing demand for sustainable and energy-efficient education facilities. Five universities throughout the United States have already implemented green energy solutions.

Meanwhile, many schools have started redesigning their infrastructure to combat the climate crisis, including the installation of more solar panels…

A 40,000-square-foot South Jersey estate that originally hit the market with a record asking price of $24.95 million has been reduced by more than 20% and re-listed with some modifications to help attract a buyer.
