Local and out-of-state developers filed a variety of mixed-use rezoning petitions with the city of Charlotte between Nov. 14-18. Most notably was a petition from Ram Realty Advisors to rezone South End Business Park for redevelopment. Ram announced on Nov. 17 that it had purchased the property and plans to add a mix of uses there in the coming years.
