When Jarvis and Dannesia Pullen founded a hauling and transportation business in Rolesville, N.C., in 2017, the focus was on building a fleet of semitrucks to move groceries from production sites to distribution centers.

Any time PullenBoy Hauling would bring on a new client, a contract had to be drawn up to cover liability and damages, insurance coverages, terms and conditions, compensation and parameters for dispute resolution.
