Centrum Realty & Development in early stages of mixed-use project in Charlotte’s Elizabeth neighborhood

Chicago-based Centrum Realty & Development has filed a petition with the city of Charlotte to rezone 1.63 acres in Elizabeth, where it is in the early planning stages for a mixed-use project.
