Cherry Pie Hospitality entities sued by landlord for allegedly violating lease


An entity associated with Lee Ellis — a founding partner of Cherry Pie Hospitality Inc. and its concepts State Fare, Star Fish, Pi Pizza, Lee’s Fried Chicken and Donuts, Lee’s Creamery and Petite Sweets — has been sued for allegedly violating its lease terms.
