Chick-fil-A testing stores without dining rooms to focus on delivery and catering


Chick-fil-A is set to open a first-of-its-kind store this month that will focus on catering and delivery services.

The Chick-fil-A Catering & Delivery store is slated to open Oct. 19 in Louisville, Kentucky.

The store will deliver catering orders within about a 30-mile radius, said Luke Pipkin, senior platform lead of innovation for the brand, which is based in Atlanta.
