City Council rezoning vote sets stage for SomeraRoad’s huge West Bottoms redevelopment

With urban redevelopment rezoning secured for almost 22 acres in the West Bottoms, SomeraRoad Inc. is cleared to seek historic tax credits to kick off an undertaking described by Mayor Quinton Lucas as "development at its finest."
