The CMT Awards are leaving Nashville in favor of the Live Music Capital of the World, Austin Texas.
The 2023 CMT Music Awards will be held in the Moody Center and air on CBS on Sunday, April 2. The announcement was made by Kelsea Ballerini at Moody Center during a Carrie Underwood concert Nov. 2.
