Karen Dougherty Buchholz, senior vice president of administration for the Philadelphia-based media giant, will join the board along with Beneficial CEO Gerard Cuddy and retired KPMG partner Michael Donahue and current advisory partner at Radnor-based investment firm NewSpring Capital.
